Milano, 10 ottobre 2022 – Mapp, fornitore internazionale di una piattaforma di insight-led customer experience, ha pubblicato oggi i risultati dello studio commissionato a Forrester Consulting sul Total Economic Impact (TEI), realizzato per valutare l’impatto finanziario derivante dall’adozione di Mapp Cloud. Il report ha dimostrato che Mapp Cloud è in grado di aiutare i suoi clienti a ottenere un ROI del 540% in tre anni. Altri vantaggi identificati dalle aziende clienti che hanno preso parte allo studio sono:

● Aumento della reach di oltre 500.000 clienti
● Miglioramento del 25% dell’engagement rate
● Incremento di un quinto (20%) delle conversioni
● Crescita del carrello medio del 10%
● Aumento del 25% della produttività dei marketer

I vantaggi di Mapp Cloud
Il report di Forrester ha evidenziato che Mapp Cloud aiuta a comprendere meglio i propri clienti e incrementare il tasso di deliverability dei messaggi, che aumenta dell’1,5% e si traduce in milioni di messaggi in più che raggiungono i clienti ogni anno.
Oltre ai numerosi vantaggi quantificabili di Mapp Cloud, Forrester ha identificato anche dei benefici qualitativi, tra cui:

● diversificazione delle campagne marketing: questo approccio dinamico ha garantito che i clienti interagissero col brand tramite diversi touchpoint durante l’intero percorso di acquisto;
● crescente maturità del team marketing: i team che hanno utilizzato Mapp Cloud hanno creato segmenti di clienti avanzati e hanno adottato un approccio più mirato per raggiungere i clienti più difficili;
