Lo stato del marketing digitale in Italia: nuova indagine di Mapp per scoprire i cambiamenti strategici delle aziende durante la pandemia

L’indagine ha evidenziato che il 65% delle aziende italiane ha accelerato l’innovazione digitale e tecnologica, il 55% ha aumentato gli investimenti in digital adv e il 54% delle aziende prevede di aumentare i propri investimenti in tecnologia di marketing nel 2021.

Milano, 09/03/2021Mapp ha condotto un’indagine di mercato per identificare le priorità aziendali e le tendenze in fatto di marketing digitale nel 2021. A causa delle difficoltà provocate dalla pandemia, aspetti come il cambiamento delle strategie di marketing, l’analisi delle tendenze di mercato, la previsione degli investimenti nel digital, l’impatto sull’e-commerce e la gestione dei dati sono diventati di primaria importanza per le aziende. Sono state più di 1.000 le imprese che hanno partecipato all’indagine in Italia, Regno Unito e Germania. Di seguito le informazioni relative al mercato italiano.

Accelerazione tecnologica, digital adv e gestione dei dati tra le priorità dei marketer

Se per due terzi delle aziende italiane la situazione dello scorso anno è stata un incentivo ad accelerare l’innovazione digitale e tecnologica, il 55% ha aumentato gli investimenti in digital adv e più della metà prevede di aumentare i propri investimenti in tecnologia di marketing nei prossimi mesi.

L’e-commerce è in crescita ovunque

Comparando il mercato italiano con quello tedesco e britannico l’indagine ha evidenziato molto bene la crescita delle vendite e-commerce nel Belpaese. In Germania la crescita è stata indicata dal 46% dei rispondenti, mentre nel Regno Unito dal 45%. In Italia ben 4 eCommerce su 5 hanno segnalato un aumento delle vendite online nel 2020.

Centralizzazione del dato e personalizzazione dei contenuti sono prioritari

Se per più della metà delle aziende la priorità d’investimento è rivolto all’acquisizione di nuovi clienti, stimolare e pianificare la crescita è una delle grosse sfide nel 2021. Per raggiungere questi risultati la metà delle aziende farà affidamento alle Customer Data Platform che consentono di centralizzare i dati in un unico luogo per ottenere una visione a 360° dei clienti.
Altro strumento di marketing che è risultato prioritario è la customizzazione dei contenuti dei siti web di proprietà delle aziende in base al tipo di visitatore: il 25% delle aziende è già in grado di farlo e il 30% prevede di attivare la personalizzazione già nei prossimi 12 mesi.

La nostra indagine mostra che tantissime aziende hanno aumentato le attività di marketing dall’anno scorso, tuttavia i risultati mostrano anche che il pieno potenziale della personalizzazione della customer experience è ancora lontano dall’essere realizzato. Per raggiungere tale obiettivo in futuro sarà fondamentale generare insight sempre più precisi e in tempo reale sui clienti tramite l’intelligenza artificiale, così da massimizzare i ricavi e ridurre la spesa di acquisizione e retention, condividendo allo stesso tempo contenuti altamente personalizzati e in linea con le preferenze dimostrate dai consumatori.”
