Mapp e Triboo insieme per ottimizzare il marketing omnicanale di Piquadro

Il Gruppo guidato da Marco Palmieri e di cui fanno parte i brand Piquadro, Lancel e The Bridge adopererà la suite Mapp Cloud e i servizi Triboo al fine di creare una visione unica del cliente, generare customer insight e inviare comunicazioni marketing mirate ed efficaci.

Milano, 20 aprile 2021 – Mapp, fornitore internazionale di una soluzione di Marketing Cloud, si allea con Triboo, Gruppo attivo nel settore digitale e quotato sul mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana, nel fornire a Piquadro, Gruppo italiano che opera nel settore degli accessori in pelle attraverso i marchi Piquadro, The Bridge e Lancel, una serie di servizi di marketing omnicanale con lo scopo di ottimizzare le comunicazioni di marketing sui canali digitali grazie ai customer insight.

La scelta è stata dettata dalla volontà di Piquadro di conoscere maggiormente i propri consumatori ed i loro comportamenti sui siti web istituzionali, al fine di migliorare la relazione con essi. Il Gruppo avrà la possibilità di integrare i canali online e offline per implementare una comunicazione che tenga conto di tutti i touchpoint disponibili.

È stato possibile raggiungere questi obiettivi grazie dalla tecnologia di Mapp Cloud, suite di marketing digitale che coniuga la generazione di insight in tempo reale sui clienti –informazioni accurate sulle preferenze, il comportamento online e lo storico acquisti dei consumatori, derivate dall’analisi dei dati di proprietà di Piquadro – e la marketing automation multicanale, uno strumento che permette di organizzare e inviare comunicazioni in maniera automatica e personalizzata tramite tutti i canali utilizzati dal Gruppo.

Il progetto, disegnato dal cliente all’interno di Improve Your Marketing, sito di condivisione di best practice e use case, sarà avviato con l’integrazione all’interno di Mapp Cloud dei dati offline ed online dei tre brand: Piquadro, The Bridge e Lancel, per ottenere la visione unica e a 360 gradi del cliente.

Terminato il processo di raccolta ed integrazione dei dati, l’attenzione sarà focalizzata sulla generazione dei customer insight, che rappresentano la chiave di volta del progetto perchè abilitano l’attivazione degli use case selezionati da Piquadro per l’ottimizzazione della customer experience lungo l’intero funnel, come ad esempio i programmi di buon compleanno, contenuti VIP, survey, wishlist, ricevute digitali e overlay per la raccolta di dati online.

Un fattore fondamentale nella scelta dei collaboratori è stato sicuramente il lavoro a quattro mani che Mapp e Triboo svolgono abitualmente con i propri clienti, con i quali organizzano workshop e training formativi, e condividono best practice, use case e aggiornamenti di prodotto.
