Mapp nominata Strong Performer nel report sul Cross-Channel Campaign Management, Q3 2021

Milano, 12 agosto 2021 Mapp, il fornitore internazionale di Marketing Cloud incentrato sui customer insight, è stata nominata Strong Performer nella “The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Campaign Management (Piattaforme Indipendenti), Q3 2021”.

Il report di Forrester ha identificato e valutato i 13 provider di cross-channel campaign management più rilevanti al mondo basandosi su 30 criteri. Mapp Cloud ha ottenuto i punteggi più alti in 13 categorie, tra cui i descriptive analytics. Il report mostra inoltre come Mapp si distingua per la previsione e orchestrazione delle attività grazie al motore di Intelligenza Artificiale e per la misurazione e ottimizzazione delle campagne.
