Milano, 29 gennaio 2021Mapp ha annunciato la forte crescita del proprio business nel 2020, nonostante le avversità straordinarie che hanno impattato il mondo. L’azienda ha chiuso con la crescita record del 73% delle vendite ai nuovi clienti anno su anno e ha visto triplicare il valore medio dei contratti, due risultati che confermano come il marketing delle medie e grandi imprese internazionali si stia sempre più focalizzando sui customer insight e la marketing automation omnicanale per migliorare la relazione con i propri clienti.

La pandemia ha dato il via a una massiccia accelerazione della trasformazione digitale e al modo di intendere e sfruttare tutte le leve di marketing a disposizione. La necessità di uno scambio di informazioni e di creazione di una relazione 1:1 con i consumatori ha spinto le aziende ad investire particolarmente in marketing analysis, personalizzazione e automazione dei contenuti, e attivazione digitale del cliente iper-connesso.

Inoltre, a partire dallo scorso anno si è sempre più fatto sentire il tema dell’efficientamento dei costi del marketing per favorire i bilanci. Molte aziende hanno riallineato la propria strategia in ottica digitale e data-driven e hanno dato il via a un esponenziale aumento della domanda di strumenti di customer intelligence, per raccogliere e identificare i customer insight declinati in base ai KPI aziendali, da utilizzare per segmentare e iper-personalizzare le campagne omnicanale.

Nello scorso anno Mapp ha supportato molte aziende nella transizione verso strategie di marketing digitale acquisendo 70 nuovi clienti in tutti i settori e mercati. In particolare, il Retail e l’eCommerce hanno generato una crescita dinamica di quasi il 30%. I nuovi clienti di

Un’altra delle funzionalità più richieste è stata sicuramente la Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrata alla soluzione di marketing automation, che abilita la visione a 360 gradi di ogni singolo consumatore su tutti i canali digitali. Grazie all’uso di insight chiave quali caratteristiche sociodemografiche, interazioni passate sui diversi touchpoint e storico transazionale, i brand sono in grado di segmentare in maniera granulare le proprie audience di riferimento – Mapp lavora solo con dati di prime parti – e di automatizzare gli invii di messaggi tramite la piattaforma di marketing automation di Mapp Cloud.
