Vivienne Westwood sceglie Mapp per rafforzare la relazione omnicanale con i clienti

Milano, 22 giugno 2021 – Mapp, il fornitore internazionale di Marketing Cloud incentrato sui customer insight, ha annunciato di essere stato scelto dal brand di moda Vivienne Westwood per l’utilizzo della propria Customer Data Platform (CDP). La tecnologia di Mapp Cloud guiderà la futura strategia di comunicazione digitale del brand e consentirà di fornire esperienze sempre più contestuali e rilevanti ai clienti, con comunicazioni altamente personalizzate sulla base delle loro preferenze di consumo e navigazione.

Vivienne Westwood, uno degli ultimi marchi indipendenti di moda più conosciuti al mondo, fa molto più che produrre vestiti e accessori: con un’eredità di quarant’anni, l’azienda è conosciuta per la sensibilizzazione verso le tematiche ambientali e i diritti umani, così come per i suoi design creativi. L’azienda è proprietaria di negozi in 63 città del mondo, compresa l’Italia, con lo storico negozio di Milano, e una forte presenza in UK e Asia, con 19 store in Corea del Sud e altri 12 tra Cina e Hong Kong.

Vivienne Westwood ha da sempre messo i dati e la conoscenza del cliente al centro della propria strategia di sviluppo, per cui la scelta della CDP di Mapp è alla base degli obiettivi che l’azienda si è preposta per rafforzare il rapporto con i clienti, con esperienze qualitativamente impattanti offerte tramite i diversi marketing touchpoint.

La casa di moda ha deciso di implementare Mapp Eyos (precedentemente yReceipts) per gestire le ricevute digitali all’interno del negozio: attraverso le transazioni a cui è associata una ricevuta digitale, Mapp Cloud riceve preziosi dati transazionali dal negozio e ha un canale diretto per ottenere gli opt-in dei clienti, compiendo un primo passo verso comunicazioni di marketing ad hoc in base agli acquisti offline.

Personalizzazione basata sugli insight
Vivienne Westwood utilizza tutte le funzionalità di Mapp Cloud, compreso lo strumento di product recommendation incentrato sui comportamenti del cliente sul sito, per trainare le principali campagne di vendita, come ad esempio il recupero delle sessioni d’acquisto abbandonate. Il connubio di customer insight – informazioni chiave sulle preferenze, le caratteristiche e le previsioni di comportamento dei clienti – e attivazione dei dati di prima parte tramite un’unica soluzione permette al brand di allineare i KPI aziendali, e di rivolgere l’attenzione all’analisi delle performance sui diversi canali di marketing e ai modelli RFM (recency, frequency, monetary).

Il tasso medio di apertura delle email è ora superiore al 38% e il click-through registra una media di oltre il 5,8%.
