American Airlines premia l’Aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino con la Customer Cup

ROMA, 7 ottobre 2022 – I membri del team American Airlines dell’Aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino e Aeroporti di Roma hanno celebrato la vincita della Customer Cup, assegnata dal vettore per la qualità dei servizi offerti nel secondo trimestre 2022.

La Customer Cup è stata consegnata agli addetti di scalo della compagnia per aver raggiunto e superato gli obiettivi previsti. Puntualità nell’orario di partenza, capacità di ridurre i tempi necessari per far ripartire un volo, consegna bagagli e commenti positivi dei passeggeri sulla loro esperienza complessiva in aeroporto sono i criteri che hanno distinto i membri del team passeggeri di Roma Fiumicino da quelli di altre stazioni American, della stessa categoria, dislocate nel mondo.

I festeggiamenti hanno visto la presenza di Kyle Mabry, appena nominato VP of Operations and Commercial, EMEA & APAC di American Airlines e Federico Scriboni, Head of Aviation Business Development di ADR.

“Vincere la Customer Cup è un risultato importante e siamo entusiasti che la performance del secondo trimestre 2022 abbia addirittura battuto il record di quella registrata nel 2017”, ha dichiarato Kyle Mabry, VP of Operations and Commercial, EMEA & APAC di American Airlines. “Si tratta di un riconoscimento che sottolinea la costante attenzione al passeggero da parte del personale American Airlines per rendere le operazioni di imbarco e sbarco il più efficienti possibile”.

Nel corso della stagione estiva 2022 American ha operato 35 voli diretti alla settimana dall’Aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino verso gli hub statunitensi di New York (JFK), Dallas – Fort Worth (DFW), Chicago (ORD), Philadelphia (PHL) e Charlotte (CLT), offrendo ai passeggeri in partenza dall’Italia la possibilità di proseguire verso numerose destinazioni tra Stati Uniti, Canada, Caraibi, e America Latina.

Dopo oltre 25 anni trascorsi nella compagnia aerea, Kyle Mabry è appena stato nominato VP of Operations and Commercial, EMEA & APAC di American Airlines. Nel suo nuovo ruolo, Kyle guiderà i team per realizzare la strategia commerciale di American, lavorando per raggiungere gli obiettivi condivisi della compagnia di affidabilità e redditività, mantenendo un saldo impegno nei confronti dei passeggeri e continuando a elevare American a vettore leader globale.

La collaborazione tra American Airlines e Aeroporti di Roma ha avuto inizio nel 1996, con le prime operazioni di volo tra Roma e Philadelphia. Da allora l’attività di American presso l’aeroporto si è intensificata e oggi la compagnia offre fino a 5 voli al giorno da Roma agli Stati Uniti d’America nella stagione estiva.
